This reminds me of a thought I had recently about pubic hair. How exactly did the trend of completely scorching the earth start? And how was it so widely communicated? I remember watching a Sex and the City episode where they were all so scandalized when Carrie got a Brazilian, and that really doesn’t seem like all that long ago. At least not long enough for it to become the norm. I for one appreciate a well-groomed bush, if for no other reason than that it’s been a rarity for the entirety of the time I’ve been closely acquainted with vaginas and the like.
